Mali project team had prepared the whole plant for official commissioning on 1st November, 2012. Meanwhile, the cane storage was crowded with people and vehicles. The blue and yellow cane cars were shuttled orderly and quickly.
By 3rd Nov, The storage was already contained more than 1200ton canes. and The boiler was ignited at 11:25pm. Then the turbine alternator was generated at 9:00am, 4st Nov. On the moment of crushing ceremony concluded at 10:18am, the feeding table began to supply the sugar canes across the sprinklers, and then side cane leveler put them on the fast conveyor belt evenly. Just in the twinkling of an eye, the three shredders made canes become fine thread in a rapid sequence. What a powerful machine!
Next, the first mill was started to accept cane thread slowly. By the help from middle conveyor, the defibrated canes were passing the other four mills. In a moment, the cane juice was successful extracted, which is smelled fragrance clearance, while a clear sweet sound floated out over the mills.
After that, the cane juice enters the process plant soon, then passing clarification, evaporation and crystallization sections. At 11:58pm, 6th Nov, the most exciting moment was coming, that is the first pan of B sugar was produced by the whole group three nights and days’ closing and hard working. Consequently, the first pan of white sugar was also output on at 10:50AM, 7th Nov.
Looking at the crystal-like and fragrant sugar, everyone can’t help cupping his hands to have a taste while an indescribable sweetness sprang out of his heart. As the saying goes, “It is not the wine that intoxicates but the drinker who gets himself drunk”, So does the sugar!
